First real estate sponsor locks in $15,000 for the year if signed before [date]. After that it goes to $18,000.

Ad specs

Standard box: 300×250 or 728×90, JPG/PNG/GIF under 150 KB, one URL.

Real estate sponsor: Logo (PNG transparent preferred) + URL. Optional one sponsored note per month.

All creative reviewed before it runs. No political or adult content.

Payment is due before the placement starts.

Ad terms

Payment

Invoices are due before the ad starts. Annual plans are paid in full or in agreed installments. Late payment can pause the ad.

Approval

We review all creative. We can reject or ask for changes to anything that is misleading, illegal, or doesn’t fit the site. We don’t run political ads or adult content.

Cancellation

Monthly ads can be canceled with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. Annual ads can be canceled with 30 days’ notice; unused months are not refunded unless we end the agreement.

Placement & performance

The standard box appears on the homepage and in articles as inventory allows. The real estate sponsor is exclusive to that section. We don’t guarantee clicks, leads, or results.

Liability

You are responsible for your ad content. We are not liable for any claims arising from your advertisement.

Changes

We can update these terms with notice. Continued running of an ad means you accept the current terms.
