The El Segundo Business and Belonging Network is an outreach initiative described in the City’s video recap of its October 20 council meeting. The recap also calls it the DEI Civic Outreach Plan update.

The effort is led by the DEI Committee in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce to help local businesses stay connected across the community, according to the recap.

The plan outlines a three-year path: engaging with the local community in the first year, building a networking connection list in the second, and introducing connection opportunities for businesses in the third.
