- Surf club found consistent with South Campus development density
The proposed approximately 9.3-acre private surf club at 100–200 South Nash Street has been found consistent with the development density planned for the site by the El Segundo South Campus Specific Plan. The project would construct four three-story buildings, a large surf wave pool and a public restaurant, widen and improve East El Segundo Boulevard, and provide a walkway connection to the LA Metro El Segundo Station.
